Using the services provided by UAB “Jolorenta” you entrust us with information about yourself.
The "Services" include all services provided by UAB “Jolorenta,” including but not limited to: (i) “ADCRent” – paid parking service at airports; (ii) car wash/cleaning service for parked vehicles; (iii) installation and management of parking lots; (iv) intermediary service for ordering parking in other European Union countries; (v) “ADCRent” – car and equipment rental; (vii) other related services. The scope and types of services provided in the future may expand and change.
First and foremost, we will help you understand how your personal data is processed. Detailed information about the personal data processed by UAB “Jolorenta” according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is available in table form at the end of this policy.
Who does this Privacy Policy apply to?
This Privacy Policy applies to all users/clients of UAB “Jolorenta” Services worldwide, including all users of UAB “Jolorenta” mobile applications, websites, features, or any other UAB “Jolorenta” Services, and all other persons who contact UAB “Jolorenta” or otherwise provide their personal data to UAB “Jolorenta.”

CANDIDATES FOR EMPLOYMENT PERSONAL DATA
For what purposes do we process your data?
UAB “Jolorenta” processes the personal data of individuals wishing to be employed by the Company solely for recruitment and employment purposes, having a legitimate interest in evaluating the candidate's suitability for the desired job.
How do we obtain your data?
The data of candidates for employment is obtained directly from the candidate when they send their CV to UAB “Jolorenta,” or from recruitment agencies providing employment services to UAB “Jolorenta.” The personal data provided by the candidate may be transferred to recruitment agencies conducting the hiring process on behalf of the Company.
What personal data do we process?
In addition to the data provided directly by the candidate, UAB “Jolorenta” may also collect and process personal data related to qualifications, professional abilities, and business characteristics from publicly available sources, i.e., searching for information on the internet, checking the candidate's profiles on social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), etc. The Company may also contact the candidate's previous employers to request information about the candidate’s qualifications, professional skills, and business characteristics.
How long do we keep your data?
If consent to further store the candidate's personal data is not obtained, the data will be immediately deleted after the candidate is rejected.

How do we obtain your data?
On the websites www.adcrent.com and www.adcrent.com, there are opportunities to contact UAB “Jolorenta” in several ways, i.e., via social network Facebook, real-time messaging plugin “Livechat,” or by contacting the email addresses listed on the website.

The purpose of processing your data is to respond to your inquiry and preserve communication evidence (to implement the legitimate interest of conducting effective communication and avoiding disputes related to customer service). The Company processes the following information you provide:
What personal data do we process?
The Company processes the following personal data provided by you:
- When contacting via email, the following is processed: name, surname, email address, email date, time, and content of communication with UAB “Jolorenta” representative.
- When contacting via social network Facebook, the following is processed: username, surname, photo (if used), inquiry date, time, and content of communication with UAB “Jolorenta” representative.
- When contacting via real-time messaging plugin “LiveChat,” the following is processed: name, email address (both fields are required to start communication), inquiry content, and communication date and time.
- In all cases, the communication content may include the vehicle's registration number, phone number, and address.
How long do we keep your data?
When sending inquiries via a social network or Facebook account, your personal data may be disclosed to the administrators of these social networks and other persons with whom the social network administrators share personal data. When contacting via real-time messaging plugin “LiveChat,” data may be transferred outside the European Union and the European Economic Area. Personal data provided with inquiries and subsequent communication with UAB “Jolorenta” representatives will be stored as long as necessary to complete a specific task and ensure the enforcement of the Company’s rights.
DIRECT MARKETING
For what purposes do we process your data?
The data controller processes personal data for direct marketing purposes, including but not limited to sending newsletters and information. The legal basis for such data processing is the data subject's consent. The Company may also rely on its legitimate interest in processing personal data for direct marketing purposes. When providing services, the data controller may use personal data for marketing similar services.
How do we obtain and what personal data do we process?
Personal data of customers and other individuals who have consented to the processing of their data for direct marketing purposes is processed. The personal data processed includes: name, surname, address, email address, phone number, address, and other personal data such as workplace, represented legal entity, position, and other workplace data. The Company obtains this data for service provision purposes. In all other cases, personal data of potential clients or other data subjects are processed, which are provided during surveys, questionnaires, or through information given at events or through business cards.
How long do we keep your data?
Personal data is kept no longer than necessary for service provision (if the data subject is a client) or for three (3) years from the date of personal data receipt (if the data subject is not a client). Data will no longer be processed from the moment consent is withdrawn.
LOYALTY PROGRAM
How do we obtain your data?
By registering on the website www.adcrent.com or in advance booking a parking space on the website www.adcrent.com or using the mobile application (only in the Vilnius Airport multi-storey parking lot, located at Oslo g. 5, LT-04123 Vilnius) or by ordering the ADCRent Service on the website www.adcrent.com at least twice, individuals will be eligible to participate in the Company’s loyalty programs.
For what purposes do we process your data?
The purpose of processing the data is the loyalty program, with the legal basis for data processing being the data subject’s consent.
What personal data do we process?
When you agree to the loyalty program, information is collected about the services provided, points collected, and discounts granted. The data processed depends on the specific service used.
How long do we keep your data?
Personal data is kept for the period specified for each respective service, unless the individual withdraws consent. In that case, for the purposes of the Loyalty Program, the data will no longer be processed from the moment consent is withdrawn.
ACCOUNTING
How is the data obtained?
Data is obtained directly from you when you provide it by ordering a service or entering into an agreement, and/or on the ADCRent.com Website under the "Invoice Issuance" section.
For what purposes do we process your data?
For the purpose of accounting. In accordance with Regulation 6, Article 1, paragraph c, i.e., processing is necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, such as the Accounting Law and other regulations related to accounting.
What personal data do we process?
The controller processes personal data of employees, clients, partners, and service providers, including but not limited to: personal identification code, identification document details, employer and work-related information, email address, residential address (address), fax number, surname, phone number, first name, the represented legal entity, position, information about provided and received services, account details, payable amounts, debts, information about relationships with legal entities (including participation in legal entity organs), communication with the data subject.
How long do we keep your data?
Data is stored for 10 (ten) years, unless longer storage periods are specified in the General Document Retention Index issued by the Chief Archivist of Lithuania (Order No. V-100, March 9, 2011).
SERVICE ORDERING, EXECUTION, AND ADMINISTRATION
How is the data obtained?
Data is obtained directly from you when you provide it by entering into a contract, registering on the website or mobile application, and/or ordering services via the ADCRent.com website. It is also obtained when you enter parking lots administered or managed by the controller.
For what purposes do we process your data?
For the purposes of service ordering, execution, and administration, in order to fulfill the Service Agreement with the data subject, or to take action at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract.
What personal data do we process?
- When registering on the ADCRent website, pre-ordering services, or reserving a parking spot at airports, the following data is processed: Name, surname, vehicle registration number, email address, phone number, discount code, parking spot type (VIP, XXL, etc.), insurance, reservation dates and times, vehicle entry and exit times, payment method, and payment confirmation. If the service is ordered by a legal entity, the legal entity's details are processed.
- For business contracts or advance bookings by legal entities, the following data is processed: legal entity details, vehicle registration number, entry and exit times, and a saved reservation list. In addition, the representative’s name, surname, email address, phone number, payment method, and payment confirmation are processed (no other personal data of individuals are collected in this case).
- When entering the parking lot without a reservation, the following data is processed: vehicle registration number, entry and exit date and time, and payment confirmation.
- When registering in the mobile application, the following data is processed: vehicle registration number(s), device ID, phone number, email address, payment card details. If you agree, you may also provide location data, enabling you to view the distance and travel route to the parking lot.
- For advance reservations at airports via the mobile app, the same data is processed as in advance reservations through the ADCRent.com website.
- For parking lot subscriptions and short-term stays in parking lots administered or managed by the controller, the following data is processed: entry and exit dates and times, parking duration, payment amount, vehicle registration number, parking lot where the vehicle was parked, and payment details.
- For one-time advance reservations and/or registrations on the website, the following data is processed: the client’s (if an individual) or the representative’s (if a legal entity) name, surname, email address, phone number, home address, IP address (if an individual), flight number, workplace, position (if the client is a legal entity), assigned car brand, year of manufacture, registration number, rental reservation dates, car pick-up and return locations, payment details (PayPal or credit card), and credit card details.
- At the time of vehicle pick-up, or if the office is closed, the following is processed: a copy of the driver’s ID and driver’s license, and a copy of the credit card (with part of the data covered, i.e., we only store the cardholder’s name and the last 4 digits).
How long do we keep your data?
We process the contract and/or order along with supporting evidence (including personal data) for the entire duration of the contract and store it for 10 years after the contract expires (or after the last order is completed).
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
How is the data obtained?
Data is obtained directly from you (recorded by video cameras) when you visit parking lots administered or managed by the controller. You will be informed about the video surveillance through informational signs before entering the monitored area (e.g., at the entrance or in other visible locations).
For what purposes do we process your data?
For asset and infrastructure protection, in accordance with Regulation 6, Article 1, paragraph f, i.e., processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the controller to protect their assets. Additionally, video data is processed for service administration and/or monitoring purposes to ensure the quality of service provision.
What personal data do we process?
Video footage, including recorded images of individuals, vehicle registration numbers, and other information captured by the surveillance. The footage’s metadata is also processed, such as the date and duration of the recording.
How long do we keep your data?
MOBILITY MONITORING (in the case of car rental services provided by ADCRent)
How is data collected?
The data controller monitors the mobility of vehicles provided to customers via GPS transmitters installed in vehicles owned by the data controller.
For what purposes do we process your data?
The purpose of mobility monitoring is to ensure the safety of the data controller's assets, ensure proper and fair use of the services provided to customers, and ensure the quality of services.
Your video recordings and other related personal data are stored for 60 days from the date they are recorded. Video recordings that capture the circumstances of specific events (e.g., violations of rules and/or laws; damage to or theft of property/infrastructure; public order violations, etc.) will be stored as evidence for the relevant period (i.e., for the entire duration of any non-judicial, pre-trial, or court dispute).
Legal basis for data processing: Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The legitimate interest is ensuring the security of the data controller's assets, monitoring fair and proper use of services by customers, and providing services of appropriate quality. Processing may also be based on the explicit consent of the customer.
What personal data do we process?
The location and movement speed of vehicles owned by the data controller, as well as the exact time and location of data capture.
How long do we store your data?
Data is stored for two months from the time the location data was recorded.
Who can we disclose/share your personal data with?
In order to provide some services and functions of UAB “Jolorenta,” we may need to share your information with business partners, for legal reasons, or in the event of a dispute. For example, if you order a service through a partner or a third-party promotional offer, UAB "Jolorenta" may share your information with these third parties. This includes other programs or websites integrated with our application programming interface (API) or services, as well as business partners with whom UAB "Jolorenta" collaborates in offering promotions or specialized services.
UAB "Jolorenta" may provide information to its vendors, consultants, marketing partners, research companies, and other service providers or business partners. For example, UAB "Jolorenta" may provide information to these parties to help acquire insurance coverage, conduct surveys on behalf of UAB "Jolorenta," or process payments for our services.
UAB "Jolorenta" may disclose your information if it believes it is necessary to comply with applicable laws, rules, legal processes, or requests from governmental authorities. This includes cases where we share your information with law enforcement officers, government agencies, or other third parties as needed to comply with our Terms of Service, user agreements, or other policies, to protect the rights or property of UAB "Jolorenta" or other parties, or in relation to a claim or dispute regarding your use of our services. If you use someone else’s credit card, we may need to share information with the cardholder in accordance with applicable laws.
With your explicit, separate consent, UAB “Jolorenta” may share your personal data in other cases not described in this policy.
This policy only applies to the information collected by us (usually directly from you). If you disclose your personal data to other parties through the website or other online platforms, regardless of who they are, different rules may apply for the use and disclosure of such information. UAB "Jolorenta" does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you must comply with their rules when applicable.
UAB "Jolorenta" is not responsible for the privacy policies or any content of third-party websites, even if links to such sites are provided on UAB "Jolorenta's" website or mobile application. By clicking on a link, logo, or other element or using third-party services, including online communication, please note that by clicking on any of these items, you may leave UAB "Jolorenta"'s website or mobile application.
What rights do you have?
As a data subject, you have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections or deletion of your data, restrict processing, and object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by following the instructions provided in the policy and contacting UAB "Jolorenta" at info@adcrent.com (see also question 13).
In addition to the rights mentioned above, you also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority – the State Data Protection Inspectorate (in Lithuania). For more information and contact details, you can visit the website www.ada.lt.
How to know about the processed personal data and express disagreement?
UAB "Jolorenta" provides tools to monitor and manage the personal data we collect, including the following:
- Privacy settings in mobile applications and websites (for example, some data may be provided optionally). Users can also delete their account through the privacy settings menu.
- Device permissions. Most mobile platforms (e.g., iOS, Android, etc.) have systems that require your consent before allowing certain types of data to be accessed by the app. The "iOS" platform will notify you when UAB "Jolorenta's" app requests permission to access specific data, and you can agree (or disagree) with this request. When using "Android" devices, you will be notified of the permissions required by UAB "Jolorenta's" app before using the app for the first time.
- The ability to opt out of the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes (including any advertising). You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails and other messages from UAB "Jolorenta" by following the instructions provided in these messages or by sending an opt-out request to info@adcrent.com. Please note that even if you opt-out of promotional messages, we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as receipts or information about your account.
How to correct personal data?
By logging into your created account, you can edit your linked personal details such as your name, surname, phone number, email address, and other personal data provided during registration. You can also view your order history in UAB "Jolorenta" apps. You can request access to your information, a copy of the information, or request corrections by contacting UAB "Jolorenta" at info@adcrent.com.

Who is responsible for data protection?
We use reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural measures and methods to protect the information (including personal data) we hold from loss, theft, or any unlawful use, disclosure, or alteration. We have also appointed a Data Protection Officer to monitor, oversee, and implement personal data protection processes. Please note that while we use reasonable measures to protect your personal data, UAB "Jolorenta" cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal data as it is transmitted or collected over the internet. You can reduce the risk of unauthorized use of your personal data by acting cautiously and adopting reasonable protective measures, such as choosing a strong password and using up-to-date antivirus software.
How to learn about changes to the privacy policy?
This policy may be updated. If you use our services after an update, it means that you agree to the updated policy. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in UAB "Jolorenta" apps, websites, or through other means such as email.
Given this, we strongly recommend periodically reviewing this policy to get the latest information about our privacy rules and the processing of your personal data.
