What are the payment options?
Payments are accepted by credit/debit card and Apple and Google pay
What if I'm late picking up my car?

Will I get the car I ordered?
Cars with the phrase "Or similar" next to them mean that you will get a car of a similar class to the one shown in the picture and description. The car will be of a similar size, class and gearbox type.
Is there a minimum driving experience requirement for renting a car on ADCRent platform?
Our partners have the option to set a minimum age and driving experience requirement when renting their car, which you will see when you click on the car in the search.
Are there additional charges for those without driving experience?
Rental companies have the option to choose the age and driving experience standards that determine whether a driver can rent a car. Some rental companies have the option to provide a rental car without the required driving experience for an additional fee. This information is available after selecting the rental car you want to rent.
What is a deposit and liability for damages?
This is the amount that is frozen when you pick up the car and depends on the class of car you are renting;
In the event of new damage to the car during the rental period or a breach of contract, the deposit will be used to compensate for the damage. A bank card as specified in the Rental Company's rules is required to freeze the deposit. For exact details on the deposit and liability, please click on the car in the search.
For which period is the deposit "frozen"?
Each rental company may have different deposit repayment periods. Please click on the car in the search box for exact details.
What are the cancellation rules for car rental?
You can cancel your reservation free of charge more than 24 hours before the start of your reservation. In this case, the Driver will automatically receive a full refund.

If the Driver cancels a booking less than 24 hours before the start of the booking and the total booking period is equal to or less than three days, the Driver will be subject to a penalty equal to the total amount paid by the Driver to the Platform. The penalty shall be deducted from the amount paid by the Driver to the Platform and the Driver shall not have to pay anything additional.

If the Driver cancels a reservation with less than 24 hours to go before the start of the reservation and the total reservation period is more than three days, the Driver shall be subject to a penalty equal to the amount paid by the Driver to the Platform for three days. The penalty is deducted from the amount paid by the Driver to the Platform and no additional charge is made to the Driver. The amount paid by the Driver for the fourth, fifth and all subsequent days, depending on the duration of the reservation, shall be refunded back to the Driver.

Where can I travel with my rental car?
Rental companies choose which countries you can travel to with their cars. You can see the exact conditions applied by each rental company by selecting the car you want to rent.
Where can I pick up and/or drop off my rental car?
The pick-up and drop-off location is specified at the time of booking the car.
I rented a car. How do I get an invoice?
The car rental service is invoiced by the rental company. Please contact the rental company directly after the end of the rental period to request an invoice.
