Fuel policy
The fuel policy is As-Is. Meaning that the car has to be returned with at least the same amount of fuel from the moment when the car was picked up.
What documents you need to have when picking up the vehicle
The driver will need to present a valid driving license, Passport/ID and a Credit Card with raised (embossed) characters or debit card in the name of the person who booked and who will be driving the car. If the driving license is not in Latin then the driver must present international driving license.

The driver must be between 26-70 years old
Fuel policy

Payment methods
The driver can purchase additional extras upon car pick. The company accepts cash or credit card.
Deposit terms
The driver must present a valid credit or debit card in the name of the driver in order to authorize the deposit.
Deposit return conditions
The deposit is returned after the return of the car provided that there were no breaches of contract. The deposit return terms may vary according to the drivers servicing bank.
Reservation modification
If you would like to cancel your reservation, type your reservation ID in "Manage booking" page. Your reservation ID is on your confirmation voucher, which is sent to your email once your booking is confirmed.
Late and no-show terms
The company will wait for up to 1 hour at no extra charge. After 1 hour the company will charge 1 day's rental amount.
Vehicle pick-up and drop-off fees
Outside Monday-Friday 09:00-19:00 there is a 25 EUR charge for car pick up and 25 EUR charge for ar drop off. Saturday-Sunday 25 EUR charge for pick up and 25 EUR charge for drop off.
Vehicle usage territories
The vehicle can only be driven on the island of Tenerife (Spain).
Insurance terms
All the vehicles have mandatory insurance which is valid only in Spain.

Everything went great. Car was very clean. Only minor issue was that we wanted to return the car few hours earlier. We agreed on an earlier return time, but the worker forgot/was late and arrived on the original return time
