When you pick the car up, you’ll need: Passport or national ID card, Drivers licence (An International Driving Permit is required for drivers from outside the European Union), Credit or debit card which is valid for at least 3 months. Please note that the company won't accept accept prepaid, recharge or virtual debit/credit cards – or any card on which the relevant characters are not raised (‘embossed’). All drivers must have two years of driving experience. If driver doesnt have 2 year of experience or less then 25 year old, additional charge of 10 eur/day is obliged, but not more than 100 eur.

Fuel policy: Full - Full, upon return, the client must return car with full tank. If the vehicle is returned with not full tank, you will be charged actual refueling cost and 20 eur administration fee.

Payment for car rental is made online. For extra services and products you can pay on the spot. Accepted payment methods: cash, bank card and bank transfer.

At pick-up, the main driver will leave a refundable security deposit of €200.0 on their credit card, which will be returned after your rental. Cash is not accepted, only Visa and MasterCard bank cards are accepted. Aygo, Yaris, Auris, Corolla car deposit is: 200€. CHR car deposit is: 300€. Camry, Rav4, Proace car deposit is: 600€. If car pick-up is out of office hours (from 17:00 to 08:00) or on Saturday/Sunday, you will receive an email with a deposit freeze via Paysera or PayPal. You will only need to enter your bank card details.

If you would like to cancel your reservation, type your reservation ID in "Manage booking" page. Your reservation ID is on your confirmation voucher, which is sent to your email once your booking is confirmed.

If the booking is canceled at least 24 hours before the start of the booking, then the full rental fee will be refunded. he car rental price includes Collision Damage Waiver insurance valid in the territory of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia; theft insurance; standard rental insurance with personal liability for a car up to € 600 per accident.

The deposit is returned automatically within 14 days counting from the end of the booking.
