Skoda Fabia car rent

When you pick the car up, you’ll need: Passport or national ID card, Drivers licence (An International Driving Permit is required for drivers from outside the European Union), physical Credit card which is valid for at least 6 months. Please note that the company won't accept prepaid, recharge or virtual debit/credit cards – or any card on which the relevant characters are not raised (‘embossed’). Together with all the documents you have to provide reservation number, which you received in your email.

All drivers must be aged between 19 and 79 with at least one year of driving experience. Young/senior driver fee 7€ per day, for drivers with age 19-23 and above 80

Full - Full, upon return, the client must return car with full tank. If the vehicle is returned with not full tank, you will be charged of 3 € per litre for each missing litre of fuel.

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD debit and credit card for payment.

When picking up the vehicle you need a valid VISA or MASTERCARD credit card on main driver's name for a security deposit. The credit card needs to have enough available funds to cover the deposit amount. Debit cards, virtual or prepaid cards, cash is not accepted. The amount of the deposit (authorization) depends on the vehicle type and category, as well as the chosen coverage. The credit card can be charged for any extra costs that can arise during the rental period, such as missing fuel, cleaning charges, damages, traffic violations etc.

The deposit is returned automatically within 10-14 working days from the rental end.

If you would like to cancel your reservation, type your reservation ID in "Manage booking" page. Reservations can be modified/cancelled free of charge at least 48 hours before pick up. Any modifications to your booking when less than 48 hours before pick up is a subject to additional fees. Please contact us via info@toprent.lv

In the event when the car is not collected on time without ahead notice, or the customer fails to provide documents required for pick up, Toprent reserves the right to refuse the rental. No refund is possible in case of no show.

Rentals can be collected within our business hours 8:00-22:00 every day. Late pick up fee in Riga Airport 22:01-07:59 is 30 EUR. Rentals can be dropped off any time. If vehicle is returned outside of business hours, renter remains responsible for the vehicle until next day morning when the vehicle is inspected. There is a 59-minute grace period for drop off that is not charged, if you are late more than one hour price for a full rental day is applied. Prepaid washing service - 20 EUR. If you do not opt for this service and return your car dirty, there is a fee of 30 EUR. The exact size of the cleaning fee is determined after returning the car which depends on the overall cleanness of the returned car.

Driving area - Latvia. In order to leave the country, it is necessary to inform the rental company. The driving area can be extended to Lithuania, Estonia, Poland and Finland. A one-time cross border fee of 45 € per country applies, payable at rental desk.

The car rental price includes Collision Damage Waiver insurance valid in the announced territory of use; theft insurance; standard rental insurance with personal liability from € 1000 to €2000 per damage case, depending on a reserved car class.
