What documents you need to have when picking up the vehicle
You will need to present your driving licence and ID/passport at the time of collection. A debit or credit card in the customer's name will also be required to freeze the deposit.

Reservation modification
If you would like to cancel your reservation, type your reservation ID in "Manage booking" page. Your reservation ID is on your confirmation voucher, which is sent to your email once your booking is confirmed.
Late and no-show terms
A two-hour tolerance applies. If you are more than two hours late, an additional daily charge applies.
Vehicle pick-up and drop-off fees
The car must be returned clean inside and out. If the car is returned dirty, there is a fee of EUR 20.
Vehicle usage territories
The car can be used in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland at no extra charge.
Insurance terms
The car has compulsory civil and CASCO insurance. You can buy the full insurance offered by the rental company on the ADCRent.com platform and reduce the deposit and liability to €0.

Very nice, immaculate and clean car with only 16'000 km. Problem-free takeover and return of the car. Only negative point: The rental contract in lithuanian language. Therefore only four out of five stars

There were some mismatches for car arrangement- deposit was approved but really I paid twice, because they couldn’t find the first payment I did. Also some strange damages were discovered in the car, but I have doubts about it. I’m not going to rent a car more at this place
