What documents you need to have when picking up the vehicle
You will need to present your driving licence and ID/passport at the time of collection. A debit or credit card in the customer's name will also be required to freeze the deposit. IDP (International Drivers Permit) is not required.
Drivers age requirements
Drivers must have at least 2 years' driving experience. There are no drivers age restrictions.

Deposit terms

Deposit return conditions
The deposit is refundable within 5 working days of the end of the rental period.
Reservation modification
If you would like to cancel your reservation, type your reservation ID in "Manage booking" page. Your reservation ID is on your confirmation voucher, which is sent to your email once your booking is confirmed.
Late and no-show terms
A two-hour tolerance applies. If you are more than two hours late, an additional daily charge applies.
Vehicle pick-up and drop-off fees
There are no additional fees.

Insurance terms

I would not recommend this car rental company, if you are used to the stress-free experience with big names like Enterprise/Hertz etc. I hired a car which was meant to be a sedan, I needed this as I was travelling with a small child so needed the extra space and safety that a bigger car provides. A week before the reservation the rental rep. called and said that they do not have that car, and asked if a Renault Clio would suit. I explained that ADC Rent says that the replacement car has to be of the same class (i.e. a Sedan) but the sales rep was giving me excuses how busy it is and how overbooked they are, but will try and sort things out. 26 hours before the start of the booking (note that cancellation period is 24 hours) the rental rep. called me and said they had an estate car available. 3 hours later (just an hour after I could cancel without a fee) they called again and said that is no longer available, and the best they can do is a Renault Megane. Being left with so little time, I asked if they would atleast issue a discout, which they refused. Given the inconveneince I said that I do not have time to look for another car, and will drive this, but made it clear this is disappointing. The car had a very flimsy baby seat, and one of the rear doors only opened from the outside. The car had about 130,000km. I had a puncture on a Sunday, before a holiday Monday, and was asked to wait to patch the car until Tuesday, because "no garages work on Sunday/Monday". I appreciate this is probably a one-man operation, however, there is a clear lack of professionalism. It should be very simple not to advertise vehicles that are not available, or to follow the industry standard to offer a better class car if the same class is unavailable. Perhaps the company should not advertise on ADCRent if they cannot keep up with the demand.

Seat Leon, mašina tvarkinga, lengvas atsiėmimas naktį ir pridavimas anksti ryte. Tik vaikiška kėdutė buvo nereikalinga tai užėmė daugiau vietos, manau būtų galima trumpai paklausti ar reikia ir jos nėdėti jei ką, bet čia priekaištai aušktam lygy.
