Please present a valid driver's license and DNI/NIE, identification card and/or passport that is a legal proof of identification.

You must be 23 or older and have at least 1 year of driving experience to rent this car.

Same - Same: the vehicle must be returned by the customer with the same amount of fuel with it it was received and the client must pay the difference if that amount is less.

Payment for car rental is made online. For some extra services and products you can pay on the spot.

Mastercard / Visa In case of accident or damage, the local office will determine the severity of the damage caused. Severe damage, the total franchise will be withheld. Negligent damage, the full cost of the damage will be charged. When a third party has admitted its responsibility and paid the costs of an accident, the client will be reimbursed the amount of the deposit or excess withheld at the time of the accident, except administration, immobilization or recovery fees.

The deposit is returned in 24 hours after the car has been returned and no new damages have been registered. The return time might differ by bank.

If you would like to cancel your reservation, type your reservation ID in "Manage booking" page. Your reservation ID is on your confirmation voucher, which is sent to your email once your booking is confirmed.

If the reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the reservation, a full refund of the rental fee will be given. If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the start of the reservation, but at least 2 hours before the start of the reservation, you must pay 3 days' rent. If the reservation is cancelled less than 2 hours before the start of the reservation, the rental amount is non-refundable, but if the rental period is longer than 10 days, only the rental period of 10 days is non-refundable.

Vehicles cannot be moved off the island where the rental agreement was formalized without the authorization of Autos Omega Alquiler de Coches S.L. rent a car. The lessee responds to the infractions committed (fines, parking, etc.) while driving the vehicle during its term of the contract, in accordance with the highway code and other current legal provisions.

CDW Collision Damage Waiver. TP Theft protection. PAI Personal accident insurance. IT Damage to Third Parties. The CDW will carry a franchise charge that will depend on the type of vehicle rented.
