The hirer must have and show a valid driving licence to drive the rental vehicle and proof of identity (ID card or passport).

The minimum age required to rent a car is 20 years and at least 2 years driving experience.

The fuel balance at which the car is issued must be returned. 2 Eur for every missing liter of fuel will be charged.

Payment for the reservation is done securely through ADCRent. Once the car is reserved, you will receive a voucher in your email address to show the rental company once you arrive to pick up your car, which will be waiting for you prepared and ready to go.

The deposit is frozen at the time of pick-up.

The deposit will be refunded 1-2 working days after the end of the reservation.

If you would like to cancel your reservation, type your reservation ID in "Manage booking" page. Your reservation ID is on your confirmation voucher, which is sent to your email once your booking is confirmed.

If the booking is canceled at least 24 hours before the start of the booking, then the full rental fee will be refunded.
