Fiat Panda car rent

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must have a physical valid driving license . Please note that an International Driving Permit does not replace the requirement for a regular driving license. If using an international license/permit, a full driving license in the name of the main driver will still be required for vehicle rental. Personal photo ID or passport is required. Photocopies or photos of driving licenses and identification or passport are not excepted. As well Credit card issued on main driver is required. We will not do supply the vehicle if the main driver doesn’t have a valid Driving license, Credit card and Passport/ID.

Driving license requirements • Driver's minimum age 25 years. • Maximum driver aged 75. • The driver must have a driving license for more than 1 year and be over 25 years old. • Young driver fee apply to driver form 21 years old to 24 Years Old – 10.00€ per day.

Fuel • The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel provided. (EX- ¼ to ¼) • The rental company will not refund any extra fuel left

Insularcar will require a Credit Card for a security deposit at the beginning of the rental to cover the insurance deductible, this will be an amount that may be blocked on the credit card which must be in the name of the MAIN Driver. Debit cards and prepaid cards, Revolut ARE NOT ACCEPTED for deposits.

The deposit is returned at the end of the rental as long as the vehicle is returned in the same conditions in which it was rented. When receiving and returning the vehicle, please ensure you inspect the vehicle for damage and report any issues to our staff before leaving the venue. We also recommend checking the vehicle with Rent a Car upon return.

If you would like to cancel your reservation, type your reservation ID in "Manage booking" page. Your reservation ID is on your confirmation voucher, which is sent to your email once your booking is confirmed.

The rental company can cancel the reservation if the renter does not show up after 2 hours of the time mentioned in the reservation; if the renter fails to report any delay or change caused by the flight being delayed or any other reason, such as failure to provide a flight number for airport pick-up reservations.

There will be no refunds when the renter returns the vehicle earlier than agreed. If the customer wishes to extend the rental period, he must inform the rental company in advance witch will be subject to availability of the car type. If the vehicle is not returned at the previously agreed time or place, extra fees may be charged. There is no grace period.

Madeira island.

The car rental price includes Collision Damage Waiver insurance valid in the territory of Madeira island; theft insurance; standard rental insurance with personal liability for a car up to from € 800 to €1000 per accident, depending on a reserved car class.
