BMW X6 car rent

Main driver must provide passport or ID Card, along with drivers license and valid bank card issued on main drivers name. International Driving License: Please note that if you do not have an EU driving license you will need to bring an international driving license along with your original license to rent the car

Minimum age: 21 with one year of driving experience

Fuel is not included in our quoted rates. All vehicles are delivered with fuel in the tank and should be returned with the same amount of fuel. If the vehicle is not returned with the same amount of fuel as it was collected with, a refueling charge of 22 € plus the cost of the missing fuel will apply.

Payment: A major credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in the name of the main driver is required in order to collect the car. (Please note that cards without the driver's name on will not be accepted). This company will not accept prepaid, recharge or virtual credit cards. Debit cards, Amex and Maestro Cards are not accepted. Please note that the credit card presented must be valid at least until 6 months after the return date. The credit card must be non-electronic with embossed numbers. Please note that a processing fee due to credit card payments of 18€ will be applied at the local office.

Insurance includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) subject to an excess. CARANDGO's excess waiver is mandatory if the main driver is a not a cardholder. If you take out the supplier’s insurance on arrival you still be required to leave 200.00€ as a deposit. The deposit will be the amount of excess. Please note that customer negligence is never included in the SCDW. Please note that when you take the supplier's SCDW to remove the excess, you'll still be required to leave a deposit of 200 € on your credit card. Please note that damage to wheels, tyres, glass, interior of the car and undercarriage is never included in the insurance.

Please note that for rentals of 15 days or less the deposit will be blocked from your credit card, for bookings of 16+ days the deposit will be charged to your card and refunded if the car is returned in the same condition.

The car will be kept available up to a maximum 59 minutes from the requested time Grace Period of 59 minutes. (If the vehicle is returned later, then an extra day will be charged). No refund applies if the vehicle is returned earlier than planned.

Office opening hours: from Monday to Sunday 09:00-21:00h. Out of hours collections/returns (21:01-23:59): 40 € per service (on request only). Out of hours collections collections/returns (00:00-08:59): 60 € per service (on request only). Damage administration fee: Damage Administration Fee: 60 €. All cars are non-smoking. Penalty for smoking in the car: 80 € minimum. Fine administration fee: Fine admin fee: 40 €. (This fee would be charged by the supplier if you were to receive a fine during your rental, such as a parking ticket or a speeding fine. Taking the car abroad / to other islands: It is not allowed to drive the vehicle abroad.
