Please note that the company won't accept prepaid, recharge or virtual debit/credit cards – or any card on which the relevant characters are not raised (‘embossed’). Together with all the documents you have to provide reservation number, which you received in your email.

All drivers must be aged between 19 and 75 with one year of driving experience. Young driver fee 5€ per day, for drivers with age 19-24.

Fuel policy: Full - Full, upon return, the client must return car with full tank. If the vehicle is returned with not full tank, you will be charged of 2.50 € per litre for each missing litre of fuel.

Payment for car rental is made online. For extra services and products you can pay on the spot. Accepted payment methods: cash or bank card.

At pick-up, on the main driver's bank card security deposit will be reserved, which will be cancelled after your rental. Cash is not accepted, only Visa and MasterCard bank cards are accepted. If you choose full protection, the deposit is lowered to 100€ only. You are responsible for any charges and fines, including tolls, congestion charges, speeding tickets and parking or traffic fines. If you will receive the traffic violation, we have to provide the police with the driver information. You will have to pay the adinistration costs for handling your fine up to 100 EUR / ticket.

If you do not opt for this service and return your car dirty, there is a fee of 30 Eur. The exact size of the cleaning fee is determined after returning the car which depends on the overall cleanness of the returned car.

Driving area - Lithuania. In order to leave the country, it is necessary to inform the rental company. The driving area can be extended to Latvia, Estonia and Poland. A one-time fee of 38€ per country applies for travel to Latvia and / or Estonia; crossing border to Poland - 49€.

The car rental price includes Collision Damage Waiver insurance valid in the territory of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia; theft insurance; standard rental insurance with personal liability for a car up to from € 600 to €1200 per accident, depending on a reserved car class.
