?

6. Select the minimum and maximum rental period and the minimum amount of time before the reservation can be started.

7. Read the rules and if you agree with them - upload the car! During this time, we will check your uploaded car and confirm it.

8. Congratulations, your car is already visible to Drivers and they can already rent it!
We recommend doing a few more things before your first reservation:
List all the existing damages of your car and their photos.
This is very important for a fast and fair process of issuing a car to the Driver. We hope you will keep up to date on your cars new damages, if there are any. By agreeing to our rules, you agree to abide by them, and non-compliance may result in penalties or even a ban on your use of ADCRent in the future. You can see detailed information on the size and type of damage to be recorded as a damage in the car damage guide.
Select "Location and delivery" to add more places from which the Driver can pick up your car at an additional cost.
Drivers especially appreciate the possibility to pick up the car at Vilnius Airport or in the center of Vilnius. If you live nearby, consider listing popular places as a possible pick-up point. In other cities, train or bus stations could also be acceptable and Driver-considered alternatives to car retrieval.
You can also specify other additional services that you could provide to Drivers for an additional fee, such as adding bike racks or a high chair.
You can see the full list of the avaliable additional services by selecting "Additional services" by clicking on your car.
If you want to insure and not risk anything while your car is working for you, you can choose one of the protection packages offered
Most standard liability and CASCO insurance policies have conditions that prohibit car rental activities. We will help you to change your existing insurance policies on the most favorable terms so that your car can participate in the rental activity without losing insurance coverage. Individual insurance is the best and cheapest option if you plan to rent a car more than once. If you change your existing insurance policies, you will pay a one-time fee to the insurance company, and you will have insurance coverage until the expiration of these policies. ADCRent will not charge any additional fees for your vehicle insurance in this case. Our insurance partner 'If' determines individually whether the car is eligible for insurance services.

MAXI One-time insurance: Insurance coverage is provided by our partner "If". One-time insurance is a great choice if you rent a car infrequently or just want to try the ADCRent platform. By choosing this type of insurance, you will pay for the insurance only for the days your car is rented out, and you will be able to rent the car immediately, without having to wait for your insurance partner to update the terms and conditions of the available insurance policies.
Your first reservation. What to do next?
1. You will receive a notification about the car reservation by e-mail.

2. Less than 24 hours left before the start of the rental, you will start to see the Driver's contact information and will be able to contact him. The Driver will also be able to contact you during this period, so be proactive, try not to leave the Driver in the dark if he has any questions about the reservation.

3. Meet with the Driver at your car at the exact start time of the rental. Try not to be late.

4. Once the issuance of the car rental and the signing of the contract have been initiated by the Driver, you will receive information about the next steps.

5. The driver must check the information you have provided and the current condition of the car and confirm the start of the car reservation. If the Driver finds mismatching information, the information provided by you will be rejected and the additional information provided by the Driver will have to be marked.

6. Congratulations, your rental has started successfully, the security deposit of the default amount will soon be automatically frozen from the Driver's payment card. You do not need to take any further action.
What to do at the end of the reservation period?
1. Meet with the Driver. The intended place of return of the car is the same as the place of issue, unless you have agreed otherwise with the Driver;

2. The return of the car must be initiated by the Driver from his reservation window, pass this information to the Driver if he does not know it;

3. When the driver initiates the return of the car, you will need to click on the red button through your reservation box to complete the return of the car .;

4. Thoroughly inspect the car, note any violations that occurred during the rental, if any, fill in the car's odometer data and other requested information;

5. The driver must agree to the information you provide from your booking window. Pass this information on to the Driver if he does not know it;

6. Congratulations, after the Driver confirms the odometer data provided by you, the fuel level and new violations, if any, the car is considered successfully returned and the rental is completed;

7. We will transfer the money for the reservation to the account specified by you within 2 working days from the end of the reservation.

Take care and maintain your car regularly

1. Take care of the technical condition of the car. Before renting a car, it must be in good technical condition, pay special attention to the faster-wearing parts of the car, such as the brake system, tires, etc.

2. Be sure to update the existing and new car damages before each
reservation;  See the damage guide you can find by clicking here.

3. Keep the car clean both inside and out;

4. Before you start renting a car, make sure that no personal belongings are left in the car.

5. Consider how you can give the Driver the best possible experience with your car. Provide a universal mobile phone charger and holder. Or, leave a couple of bottles of water for your guest. This will help you get better feedback and get more Drivers in the future!

What to do if the driver gets into an accident during the rental period or the car cannot continue the journey?

1. In this case, you have to take care of the Driver and tell him by phone how to proceed. We will try to support you as much as possible.

2. If the car needs to be transported from the scene, we recommend using FALCK roadside assistance +370 661 02 020.
