ORDERING
You can order or book a car online by filling in the driver application, by phone, and email. The car is considered booked only after the written confirmation of the Renter is received (by email) within 4 hours in working hours or 12 hours after working hours after filling in the application.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
A person willing to rent a car must provide his/her passport, a valid driving licence permitting to drive the selected vehicle and a valid credit card.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DRIVER
A person willing to drive a rented car must have a valid driving licence meeting the international requirements and at least two years of practical driving experience. The minimum age of the driver renting an economy class car is 18 years, for cars of all other classes - 20 years.
RENT DURATION
The minimum car rent duration is 24 hours. Cars for rent are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. except weekends and official holidays. At the renter request, a car can be rented or returned at other than indicated accepting hours. However, it should be noticed that an extra fee of 50 LTL is due for the car letting/acceptance at non business hours/weekend/official holidays.
PAYMENT
The full payment for the rent ( in cash , VISA or MASTERCARD) is done on collection of the rented car. In case the Renter returns the car later than it is indicated in the rent contract, he/she must pay for the extra rent time. The Renter must inform the Adcrent about delay.
The defined sum of the individual liability – deposit 1500 LTL. Such a sum is being authorized in Renter’s credit card upon arrival to take a car.
In case the car is rented by a company, the payment can be made by the bank transfer.

AN EXTRA DRIVER
The rented car could be driven by other persons than the Renter himself/herself only under ADCRent consent. One day fee of 5 LTL shall be paid for the extra driver‘s involvement into the contract.
THE TENANT’S LIABILITY
The unconditional liability of the Renter, even if he/she is not personally guilty for the damage of the car, its pertinents or equipment, is 1500 LTL. The car is insured against theft, however, the Renter’s liability is not limited in case he/she fails to return the car keys and/or documents. In case the keys and/or documents are not returned, the Renter must reimburse the damage in full. In case the car keys or documents, and the plate are lost or a tyre is completely damaged, the Renter shall be obligated to pay the fine of 500 LTL. In the event of any damage the Renter can be exempted from his/her liability (except for a malicious intention and negligence) if the Renter obtains extra insurance serine for an extra fee.
THE CAR RETURN
The car shall be returned to the ADCRent Office in the time set out in the contract. The return on a different time shall be coordinated with the ADCRent beforehand.

We would like to offer the services of extra insurance (MINI, Plus, Ekstra or Super):
1. MINI extra insurance reduces a driver‘s liability up to 0 LTL in case of a traffic accident. In case of a vehicle theft, vandalism act the deduction is applied. In case of lost vehicle documents and (or) state license plate, window and (or) tyres damage – the fine amounts to 500 LTL.
2. PLUS extra insurance reduces a driver‘s liability up to 0 LTL in case during the vehicle usage tyres and (or) vehicle windows were damaged. In case of the vehicle theft, vandalism act the deduction is applied.
3. EKSTRA insurance reduces a driver‘s liability up to 0 LTL in case of the traffic accident. In addition, the following insurance covers from fine in case the vehicle tyres and (or) windows were damaged, state license plate and documents are lost. In case of the vehicle theft, vandalism act the extra insurance is not applied.
4. SUPER extra insurance reduces a driver‘s liability up to 0 LTL in case of a traffic accident, vehicle theft and vandalism act. In case of broken windows, tyres, lost documents and state license plate the following extra insurance is invalid.In case of theft , if the vehicle documents and keys are not refunded to the ADCRent, this type of insurance is invalid.
All insurance types are invalid and liability is taken by the total vehicle price:
1. If during a traffic accident the rented vehicle was operated by a driver under the influence of alcohol and drugs,
2. If during a traffic accident the rented vehicle was operated by a third person (not included into the agreement).
ADCRent NEWS – Drop off option at pickup station at Vilniaus Airport (ADCParking):
The Renter can make use of the following cost-free option if:
- the option is booked in advance or at the moment of the vehicle pickup,
- the payment for the vehicle rent and extra services is settled at the moment of the vehicle pickup,
- deposit is authorized in the credit card,
- the vehicle is returned to Vilniaus Airport (ADCParking).
The Renter undertakes:
- to return the vehicle to ADCParking by the time set in the agreement,
- to leave the vehicle documents and ADCParking magnetic passage card under the vehicle sunshield,
- to check if the vehicle windows, doors and trunk have been closed,
- after locking the vehicle to drop the key into the slot of the blue house.
The Renter undertakes:
- to issue ADCParking magnetic passage card,
- to inspect the vehicle within 24 hours after it has been returned,
upon finding any defects or under request of the Renter to inform by e-mail/telephone on the inspection results within 24 hours after the vehicle has been returned.
